Bob’s narrow gauge passes the upper power house of the Angel’s Flight replica adjacent to the narrow gauge track.

The narrow gauge has had a rnew section reopened after years of inactivity. Bob Grimm, Narrow Gauge Department Head, has extended the narrow gauge run after repairing track on the loop. You can see Bob lurking in the background and peering between the trees.

This test run over the newly opened track is the first time a train has been on this section of the line since the track was laid more than 30 years ago. Yes, it’s been in place for 30 years but never had the electrical and turnout problems debugged and corrected until now. Way to go Bob!
